This item is BRAND NEW and never opened.

This is a McFarlane SportsPicks NBA Series 9 Kobe Bryant Los Angeles Lakers figure.  The figure is BRAND NEW unopened in near mint to mint condition but the plastic packaging does have a bend in it.  The figure is approximately six inches tall.  The figure includes a base for displaying outside the package.
