3 days after the buyer receives it | Our Goal at Auction Inn is to provide you with quality goods and services. We will replace or refund any item that is damaged during shipment if notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. If you feel the item is not as described, please take photos of the feature and email them to us along with a description of the reason you feel if was improperly described. We will investigate and respond promptly. Items valued at more then $100.00 must be taken to the nearest UPS store for return to our facility. The buyer is responsible for packaging costs and shipping costs. We will not accept returns if items are not packaged through the UPS store.
