Brand new genuine Meade ETX-70 mounting attachment knob set. This attaches the telescope mount to the tripod. If you have a broken set of knobs or they lost, you will need this badly. Get a spare! Also since this is the common 1/4-20 thread used on many items including cameras, you might be able to use this knob to mount a number of items, and this is cheap! Large quantity purchases available.
