The set is 99% complete, but comes with additional parts of almost every kind. Check out the pics for the extra parts included. The last pic is of the extra wheels, brackets, tools, etc. I went through the parts list in the instruction manual and every part is there with the exception of a few screws and brackets. All of the parts needed for the motor including the cogs and fly wheels are complete. The motor itself has never been used and nothing has ever been assembled using these pieces. The instruction manual and instruction booklets for sets 1, 2 and 5 are included as well as a Meccano brochure for different sets. Feel free to email me with any questions.
