RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products one hundred percent. All our products are brand new in their original packaging and with manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. We accept most products for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from invoice date. To be accepted, all returns MUST have a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Before returning any product, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us through the eBay e-mail system. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. When requesting an RA number, please provide the following information: your eBay ID, eBay item number, order number, product serial number and the nature of the problem. Certain products may not be returned due to hygiene issues, once package is opened.
