Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the world, however we do assess a $5.00 handling charge for orders shipped outside of the United States.
Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases, as long as the items are purchased within 5 days of each other. Our combined shipping rates are based on the total weight of your package, and will be calculated by EBay at checkout.
All items are shipped via USPS. When checking out, please select from the following shipping options (as available): first class, parcel, priority, first class international, priority international.
30 Day Return Policy
SkyRanger Games is dedicated to customer satisfaction because we aren't just a retail outlet, we're fellow gamers. All of our used computer games have been fully tested and come with a limited 30 day money back warranty. If your game disks are defective, please contact us at sales@skyrangergames.com for a Return of Merchandise Authorization number. Once you have your RMA number, we ask that you ship the game back to us at your own expense and we will either ship you a replacement game or issue a full refund of your original payment. Our 30 day warranty only covers defective game disks, it does not extend to system compatibility or other related issues. Any of our games that are factory sealed in their original shrinkwrap are NOT covered by the 30 day return policy, and those purchases may not be returned or refunded for ANY reason.
Although our 30 day warranty does not cover system compatibility issues, as a courtesy to our customers we do offer limited technical support via email at support@skyrangergames.com.
