My husband bought this for and I decided not to breastfeed.  This is for the Medela Advanced Backpack Breastpump #57060.  I did open the package and look at all the items, but never used them.  This retailed for $300.00.  All items come in the original box with instructions.  Below find Medela's information on this product:
