It includes all you see in the pictures. It has the AC adapter, 2 collection bottles, 2 medela bottle caps, 2 breast shields, several milk storage bags, and 3 bonus feeding spoons. Tubing is included as well. You can always replace tubing/breast shields/bottles if desired. For sanitary reasons, I opted not to include the valves and membranes which are very cheap to replace. It was used less than 3 months as baby was switched to formula. Originally cost $350. We are a smoke-free home.
