Your product will arrive within one to two weeks depending your geographical location. Be sure to consider holidays and weekends will affect delivery time. UPS ships only on business days.
Item ships by UPS ground service with insurance included.
Note that some items like RV covers are a very large box and thus cost accordingly. Not all items are elligible for combined shipping discount. Some items like camper covers for example are too large to be combined with another item for shipping together.
We keep shipping as low as possible. Due to our volume we are able to ship at lower UPS rates to save you money.
This item ships factory direct to save you money, so we can not control inventory. Item is in stock at time of listing.
In the event of a stock shortage you will be told the anticipated back-order waiting time. You may at your option have an immediate full refund, or you may choose to stay on the order list and wait for shipment.

We are always here to help but let's face it, nobody wants to deal with a return for wrong size. You will love our product quality so please take the time to measure your item before selecting the size you need.
A 7 day inspection period from date of delivery is allowed.
Customer may inspect an item and try it on for correct fit. However, products may not be put into service and used.
Returns must be in original, un-used condition. Return process is easy. Once you receive your RGA (return goods authorization) number you can return the merchandise for a refund.
Return shipments without an RGA number will not be accepted.
All returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% repackaging charge if any packaging is missing or item is dirty.
You may try on an item for size but we do not accept returns on used items. If the item appears used it may be returned to you at your expense.
All claims for shipping damages and freight shortages must be filed within ten (7) days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds for returned goods will be in the form of money back.
Shipping cost(s) are not refundable. If your item featured free shipping, actual original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned products must be unused and in it's original condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
