Do you combine purchases into one shipment?
No, at this time the shipping fee is free.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipping. Extra fees will apply.

Do you offer international shipping (Canada, Alaska, Mexico, or Puerto Rico)?

Will I receive a tracking number for my purchase?
Yes and no. FedEx has their system set-up so that tracking numbers are automatically e-mailed. There are times where orders slip through and we are not aware. On the other hand, USPS is not set-up yet. You may need to e-mail/call within 2 business days of sending payment to receive a tracking number.

How soon will my items ship after paying?
Orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving payment. Requests can be e-mailed to us for immediate shipping, however we tend to be overflooded. Please purchase your scrubs ahead of time to avoid rush shipments.


Return Policy
- We accept returns and/or exchanges for scrubs (including closeouts, which are not reorderable). If the item is stained, ripped, discolored, etc, please let us know immediately.
- If you ordered the wrong color and/or size, we will exchange the item(s), however we require the buyer pay for return shipping to us, and returning shipping back to them
-Before you ship the item(s) back, you MUST request an RGA (Return Goods Authorizaion) number. If we receive a package back without this number our shipping department has been notified to refuse the package.

Shipping Policy
- Most scrubs will ship out of our warehouse via USPS Priority Mail (2 scrubs or less per order). If you purchase 2 or more scrubs (lab coats, tunics, pants, gowns) we will COMBINE the order for you. Be advised we will charge EXACT shipping costs (rounded up)
- Any orders with 2 or more scrubs as described above will ship via FedEx Ground. Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day are available for an additional charge, and we ask that you e-mail us for a quote.
- Most shipments, whether USPS Priority or FedEx shipments take 3-5 days West Coast and 2-3 days East coast
