Cher has been a longtime advocate for the care and betterment of veterans and soldiers – our heroes. Through this organization, Cher will continue to support heroes through service and advocacy.  The organization also works closely with many of the leading military and veterans organizations and aims to leverage their work, rather than duplicate it.

Travel Notice: By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.

Participants will have a felony background check conducted at seller's expense. Winning bidder agrees to provide Auction Cause with legal names, date of births, and social security numbers of all participants, along with a statement that they have never been convicted of a felony. Guests under the age of 18 may participate if they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Participants understand they will need to behave in a reasonable and appropriate manner at all times during the experience. Violations will invalidate the experience and all participants will be asked to leave the show. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: profanity, harassment, not following instructions of assigned escort or security at concert, intoxication, or other codes of conduct which are considered unreasonable.

The seller reserves the right to reject any bids at its sole discretion and screen all bidders, including requesting additional documentation on the ability to make payment. All sales are final, there are no refunds of the winning bid. A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if your eBay ID is the highest bidder, even if a higher bid has been removed, resulting in you being the high bidder. If your account is used by a family member, other person in your household, or even a friend with access to your account, you are still fully liable and cannot avoid payment. Do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly. A non-paying bidder will be subject to collection and legal costs. Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION?
A: You are bidding on two tickets to see Cher's show in Las Vegas, a one night stay at Caesars Palace (1 standard room/double occupancy), and a meet & greet with Cher for both the winner and guest in her personal suite (refreshments included). Please note: All other travel arrangements/expenses are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in this auction.

Q: WHEN WILL THE EXPERIENCE TAKE PLACE?
A: The winner can choose one date from December 5th, 12th, or 19th, 2009. Preference must be submitted at the time of payment. The meet & greet will take place in Cher's personal suite the same day.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE MEET & GREET LAST?
A: The amount of time winner and guests will have with Cher at the meet and greet is unknown and subject to factors beyond the seller's control, but it is estimated that the winner will have between 10 and 15 minutes. There may be other meet & greet winners in attendance during the same time period. Drinks will be served in the suite.

Q: CAN WE TAKE PICTURES AND REQUEST AN AUTOGRAPH?
A: Cher will pose for a photo with winner/guest and will autograph one item (per guest) brought by the winner, subject to reasonable limitations.

Q: WHERE ARE THE SHOW SEATS LOCATED?
A: Seat locations for the show are not known at this time.
