The package: This auction includes two tickets (valued at $281.00 each, including tax and fees) to a June 2008 Red Piano Evening Performance at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, a MEET AND GREET experience for you and your guest with Elton John either before or after the performance, the "Rocket Man #1's" CD and "Elton 60 - Live at MSG" DVD.

Location:  The performance is at The Coliseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.The meet and greet will take place in a special backstage green room area.

Date: The date will be selected by the seller, but will be one of the following June scheduled performances: 6/3/08, 6/4/08, 6/6/08, 6/7/08, 6/10/08, 6/11/08, 6/13/08, 6/14/08, or 6/16/08. If you or your guest has a scheduling conflict with any of the dates above, you must notify us at the time of submitting payment.

The Meet & Greet: A chaperone will escort you and your guest to meet Elton John either before or after the show for the meet and greet. Details will be coordinated closer to show. Other special guests, chaperones, and/or security may be present. If desired, Elton John will sign up to two pieces of memorabilia for you. Photographs with him will be at his discretion. Please note that cameras are not allowed in venue, although camera phones are permitted.

Additional details: Transportation and accomodations are NOT included and are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

• A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if you are the winning bidder. This is for a charitable purpose -- do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price. Failure to deliver payment within 3 days will result in default of the bid and we may select the next highest bidder.

A non-paying bidder will be subject to collection and legal costs. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here.

• The auction is managed on eBay Giving Works by Auction Cause, a premier auction brand management agency.

• The Experience may not be resold, and may not be used for advertising, promotional (including contests, other auctions and/or sweepstakes), or other commercial purposes. Members of the press are prohibited from participation. Such use will void the auction and no refunds will be given.

• The winning bidder must be 18 years or older as of the date the bid is placed. Winner and guests may be required to sign a waiver absolving all parties of liability for potential injuries, loss or harm which may be incurred.

• The winning bidder and guests are subject to a felony background check and will be asked to provide personal information for the background check. Anyone with a past felony conviction may not take part in the Experience. The winning bidder, while at the Experience, may be subject to additional security checks prior to the performance and prior to the meet and greet. If security denies admittance based on these screenings, the Experience will end immediately with no refunds.

• Please note that the winner and guests are expected to behave in a proper manner at all times. Violations of any laws or conduct deemed to be improper can be cause for the Experience to be terminated at any time, with no refund provided.

PAYMENT
• Payment is required within (3) business days of the auction close. Acceptable payment options include PayPal, bank check, money order, certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. The PayPal payment limit is $10,000 for verified accounts.

• Payment of the winning bid made through this auction may be tax deductible. Consult with your tax advisor for more information, as we do not provide tax consulting.

SHIPPING
• There are no shipping costs for this auction. The CD and DVD will be given to the winning bidder at the event.
