The shipping carrier used is UPS Ground.  We only ship to the contiguous 48 states.  All orders will be processed in about business 2 days and will take about 2-5 days for delivery.  You should see your items in about 7 business days after your order has been paid for.  If you’d like to have a tracking number, email us and we’ll provide it after the item has been processed and shipped. 

For returns, please email paragonpros@hotmail.com for a returned merchandise approval.  Only new, unused and unopened items can be returned.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  A return tracking number is required.  After the  product has been received and inspected please allow 14 days for the return to be processed.  The original shipping charge will not be refunded and there will be a 15 percent restocking fee.
