I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple items , email me for combined shipping rates, depending on what the item is shipping charges may remain the same.

Domestic Shipping:
I ship 5-6 days a week under normal circumstances. Most items are shipped with in 1-2 business days after payment is received. I typical use 2 different shipping carriers, UPS and USPS. You will be given the option of which one you would like during check out.
Shipping times start when the package is mailed not when you make your payment.

International Shipping:
Please email for shipping rates. I use USPS for all international shipments. I ship internationally packages 2-3 days a week under normal circumstances.

Insurance:
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once mailed. I will offer proof of mailing, but buyer accepts the risk of mailing items uninsured or without Delivery Confirmation.
Tracking:
USPS does not offer tracking, the number that you will receive is a delivery confirmation number the only time that it is updated is when the package is delivered to you.
UPS offers tracking at every step of the way.

I accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks. 10 business day hold on all personal checks. (If you want to pay with your checking account, may I suggest that you use the electronic check option through PayPal. The transaction will process much faster than a traditional paper check.)
If you will be paying by check or money order PLEASE include your auction number this will prevent shipping delays.

Returns:
If there is a problem, please contact me. I am easy to work with If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 14 days (unless otherwise stated).
Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included.
No refunds/exchanges will be issued after 30 days( unless at the time of purchase you indicate that the item is a gift ).
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned/refused items. We do not accept returns on opened breast pumps , breast care products , nursing bra’s, breast pump parts or breast pump accessories that are not sealed due to hygiene reasons (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Please email sales@tikesville.com for a Return Authorization Number, without this your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. The return authorization number must be clearly marked near your shipping label.

We sell only quality products from reputable manufactures. Most products are backed by manufactures warranties. Warranty information is included inside the product packaging or on the product box. If you have a problem with a product, need replacement parts this is normally covered under the manufactures warranty, please contact the manufacture directly this is usually the quickest way to get the situation resolved.
