Although we try to provide an accurate seating chart, no guarantees are made as to its accuracy. We are not responsible for changes to the venue seating arrangements by the artist, venue, promoter, etc.
As we sell tickets across multiple distribution channels, your purchase is "not" confirmed, until you receive confirmation outside of automated eBay communication. There is always the slight possibility the tickets were previously sold through another channel.
Payment must be received within 4 hours after end of auction or you will miss the show, and winning bidder will forfiet all rights to reserved tickets.
We accept Paypal only with CONFIRMED ADDRESSES.
Tickets will be shipped immediately after payment is received, unless otherwise noted above

For 1 day auctions, 1 day prior to the date of the event, we guarantee to email tickets within an hour of the event, or earlier. If for some reason delivery is not made a full refund minus shipping & handling charges will be made.
