3 Year Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

Sleep Shop guarantees that your pillow, cushion, or other comfort product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, except for incoming and outgoing shipping charges, should it be deemed defective because of structural defects during the 3-Year warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein.

It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam or a decrease in the slow recovery feature. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape. It also covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.

The removable cover has no warranty attached to it. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. The original receipt will be needed for any warranty claim. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The 90 day trial period applies only to mattresses and/or mattress toppers. Pillows and cushions are personal items and therefore are non-returnable. They do not have a tryout period.

Pillows can only be returned if they are found to have shipping damages and if noticed at delivery the package should be refused and returned so we may send a replacement. In other instances please contact us for the return shipping address.    

We ship to the Continental US only, not to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Most orders ship the same day if payment is received by 10 am Pacific Standard time. Shipping price is stated above and is for the 48 Continental US states. You can generally expect the Order to be delivered within 5-7 days of shipping.

Pick up Policy:

No pickups for pillows please (unless ordered together with a mattress). Only mattresses are allowed for pick ups and are on a pre-paid basis. Pickups are by appointment exclusively and limited to the hours of 9 am - 3 pm, Tuesday - Thursday. There is a pickup fee of $20.00 per mattress. Please provide your own supplies to tie down your mattress (i.e., ropes, bungee cords, etc.). Sleep Shop is not responsible for damages that may occur during transit once the item(s) has left our warehouse. For liability reasons, customers are not permitted inside the warehouse.
