Shipping is free for US buyers.
International customers receive a discount on shipping for multiple item purchases. Please contact us by e-mail for discount and a revised invoice.
Please do not ask us to ship as "gift" or to reduce the value on the custom form. This is against custom regulations and Ebay policy.
We ship promptly, usually within 24 hours of receipt of collected payments. When payment is by e-check shipping is delayed 3-5 days due to PayPal policies. When notified by Ebay that check has cleared, item is shipped within 24 hours.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail. However, on rare occasions, we do use USPS First Class Mail. We ship daily, Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturday. - Payment Policies

Returns: If you need to return an item, you MUST contact us first by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of item.
An item must be returned within seven days of receipt. Refund will be given as money back.
