Overseas buyers pay $3.00 s/h. We accept personal checks and PayPal. From our overseas buyers we only accept PayPal. We always mail out the items in good faith and unless the buyer pays for insurance for his purchase, we cannot be responsible for the guaranteed delivery by the U.S. Postal Service.
