Once we drop your item off to the post office we have no control on how long it takes to get to you, the shipping time is estimated by USPS. Shipping prices are non negotiable. We only ship to confirmed paypal addresses if your address is different than your paypal address we will ask you to change or add a guest address in your paypal account.
