We offer exchanges if the item shipped was not received as described or if the item was Dead on Arrival. Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. * For domestic shipments, all our products are sent with United States Postal Service.
* We either ship First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive an email from us as soon as your item ships.
