Delivery We ship multiple times a week, so you can get your winnings quickly. In fact, we are often praised for our quick delivery (just check our feedback).
Most items will ship via US Postal Service. If you do not pay for insurance, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged after they leave our hands.
International shipping costs not listed will be determined at auction's end; we will estimate a total upon request for interested parties. Unfortunately, not all items mailed from the US can be insured for international delivery. We will accurately report the value, contents and type of items on Customs forms for items delivered outside of the US. For Customs forms, the value listed will be the Final Value of the items shipped.
Payments We expect all items to be paid for within 8 days of their closing.

When you win this item... If you win an item and are not interested in further items, please simply pay the total with shipping as listed in the auction. If you desire insurance, delivery confirmation or other options, please request a total. If a shipping quote is not provided below for your location, please request a total using the link at the top of this page.
Bidding on Multiple Items If you win this item and want other items of ours, request a total once those items are done. Wherever possible we combine items to reduce shipping costs, but not all items can be easily packaged together. You have 8 days to wait for other auction items to close to be included in one shipment. If you are interested in items from our web site, we can also combine those with eBay winnings. Just make your purchase on our site and we will then invoice your eBay winnings with an adjusted total to reflect the combined shipping from the site and auctions. Questions We welcome questions, thinking that they are a fantastic way to find out things. We do not run our consignment service out of our home, so questions submitted on a weekend may wait until Monday to get an answer, though we do our best to keep up with questions about ending auctions.
Returns Please contact us if you feel you need to return an item you've won from us. Returns will be accepted only after e-mail confirmation, and only for errors or omissions in description. So called "Buyer's remorse" is not covered -- be responsible for your bid and we will be responsible for sending you what you've bid on. Items returned to us without prior discussion might not receive a full refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
Our Goal Our goal is to maintain our high feedback rating, as a reflection of how easy it is for sellers and buyers to work with us. Please contact us if you have any concerns about item condition, delivery time or any other matter. I'm very willing to work out a fix that keeps us both happy.
