·        Shipping within U.S. continental: First lot is $22, $15 each additional lot. Via USPS Parcel Post  or Fedex Ground.

·         Shipping to Hawaii & Puerto Rico: First lot is $25, $20 each additional lot. Via USPS Parcel Post.

·         Shipping to Canada: First lot is $39, $25 each additional lot. Via USPS Priority mail or Fedex International. Usually takes 6-10 days depending on Canadian customs. You may also use your Fedex account if you had one.

·         Other International buyers, email for quote. ·    International buyers are responsible for any custom duty or taxes.

·         You will get shipping notification via email. Tracking number is available upon request at no cost.

·         Insurance is available upon request.

·         Fast shipping is our goal. We are committed to process order within 1-2 business days after payment is secured.

RETURN POLICY

·         We accept returns within 5 business days after order is received. Please double check your order immediately upon delivery.  If there is any concern, contact us ASAP or within 5 business day. Else, returns will not be accepted .

·         Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to return product for credit or an exchange, unless we shipped you the wrong item. Product returned for exchange must be in resellable condition. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund credit.

·         In case you find any defectives: 1) Take a picture of the defective area immediately. 2) Email it to asknetway@yahoo.com with detail description. We will review the case, issue a RMA#, and decide whether to replace or return the item
