• An $80 palletizing fee will be charged for all used items shipped by common carrier. This includes items with free shipping. Palletizing includes placing on a pallet, banding to the pallet, wrapping with protective cardboard, then shrinkwrapping and loading.
• There is no palletizing fee for new items.
• If items ship UPS, there are no additional packaging fees other than the listed freight charges.
• We normally ship items within 3 business days fo cleared payment.
• All freight quoted, including free shipping, is to a business address with a loading dock or fork lift. If you need a lift gate, there is an additional $70 charge. If it is a residential delivery, there is an additional $65 charge.
• Most new items are shipped directly from the manufacturer warehouse.
• If there is freight damage, the buyer is responsible for filing all freight claims. We will provide any necessary documentation. There will be no refunds given on damaged items other than the claim that is paid by the shipping company.

• All of our used equipment is sold as/is with no warranty expressed or implied.
• We will include the running condition of each item in the listing if it has been tested. This does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
• We do not offer refunds on used equipment.
• All new equipment comes with the factory warranty.
• Buyer is responsible for all customs clearances and charges for international shipments.
