Description (revised)

This outdrive is a MerCruiser unit Alpha One Generation II -- l995 ( will fit many other applications) 1.62 gear ratio. It was packaged with a MerCruiser 5.0 liter Alpha Thunderbolt IV engine (sold). This outdrive is clean and salt free. It is set up for a hi performance propeller -- see the anode. The skeg is bent and needs some welding - it is certainly repairable. The leading edge of the lower unit has a nick in it but doesn't affect performance. There is oil in the unit. It shifts and turns the prop shaft/ u joint shaft. This outdrive is a OEM unit - not a remanufactured or off brand unit. Call for more info at 352-603-1046 or see at Wildwood, Florida. This unit will be pick up only.
