Returns are accepted, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are not accepted if item is damaged in return shipping. Item will be not br refunded if it breaks in the mail on its way to me and shipping insurance was not purchased. Shipping is a service we provide and is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs as well as return shipping, with insurance. The buyer must notify us via email within 3 days of delivery of intent to return or exchange. The buyer must complete an eBay "mutual agreement not to complete transaction." We will send this form to you via email upon receiving notification of your intent to return or exchange. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition. All items must be unused with tags, paperwork & accessories. If applicable, the gift box or dust cover bag included must be returned. The item(s) must be returned insured for the full purchase amount or more. Delivery confirmation or other tracking is also required to insure safe and timely delivery. The item(s) must be received within 7 days of initial delivery. Upon safe receipt of the item(s) and full adherence to all return/exchange policies we will either issue a refund via the original payment method within 3 days and/or ship the new item in the event of an exchange. I reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if I deem that any of the above conditions have not been met to my satisfaction.
