CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Buyer must make contact within 2 days of purchase to advise of payment method by using Checkout. Checkout can be accessed via the pay now button on the invoice issued after purchase. You will also be able to access the bank account details and mailing address of the seller through Checkout. Bank account details will not be emailed to buyers for security reasons.
- For multiple purchases, do not use Checkout, just use Request A Total when you have finished purchasing your items, and you will be sent an invoice for all purchases with a postage discount. Once you have received your combined invoice, then you can use Checkout.
- Payment is to be received within 7 days of purchase.
- If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase and no alternative arrangements have been made between the buyer and seller, an unpaid item dispute will be lodged.
- Payment methods accepted by Australian Buyers are direct bank deposit (Credit Union Australia), internet bank transfer, personal cheque, bank cheque, money order and Paypal. Cheques may take up to 7 working days to clear and your item will not be posted until the cheque has cleared. Please include a print out of your invoice with your cheque or money order. Please make cheques and money orders payable to The Mystic Realm. Payment methods accepted by buyers outside Australia are Paypal and international money orders which are made out in Australian dollars and made payable to The Mystic Realm. Please be aware that international money orders can take several weeks to clear and your item will not be posted until the payment has cleared. Please include a print out of your invoice with your international money order. Cheques/checks will not be accepted from buyers outside Australia.
- Items are mailed within 3 working days after payment has been received and payment has cleared.
- Australian buyers will have their item sent by registered post through Australia Post. You can request Express Post if you wish to receive your item quickly. Please see the details at the bottom of the listing regarding postage of items within Australia.

Bank deposit in person at a CUA branch – once you have paid, please send an email or ebay message to confirm payment made, the branch you paid at, and if any reference was used. These payments generally show up in our account either the same day or the next day and can quickly be identified if you provide the details of when and where you paid. Failure to do this may delay your purchases being sent or may result in an unpaid item dispute.
Internet Banking – you MUST use the reference of your EBAY USER ID when making payment. DO NOT use the item number. DO NOT use your name or your account name. ONLY USE YOUR EBAY USER ID AS A REFERENCE. If another person pays for the items on your behalf, THEY MUST USE YOUR EBAY USER ID AS A REFERENCE. Failure to do this may delay your purchases being sent or may result in an unpaid item dispute.
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS PLEASE READ REGARDING POSTAGE
All of our items purchased by Australian buyers are now sent only by Registered Post through Australia Post. If you need your item quickly, you can request Express Post and an invoice will be sent with the relevant charge for that option. We will not send anything by regular mail. We are sending items by Registered Post to ensure that the buyer receives the item and for us to have a record of proof of postage as well as to be able to track the item should it not arrive at its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Registered Post also automatically includes insurance up to the value of $100.
What is Registered Post?
Registered Post means that a person needs to sign for the item before it can be delivered. Anyone can sign for the item, it does not have to be the addressee. If no one is present at the mailing address at the time it is delivered, a card will be left in the letterbox to notify you that you need to go into the post office to sign for it and collect it. If you have the item sent to a post office box number, a card will be left in your box notifying you of a registered post item to collect. If you are not able to collect the item on a weekday (check with your post office for collection times outside office hours), most post offices are open Saturday mornings. If you are not able to get to the post office to collect your item within 2 weeks, you must ring the post office (their details are on the card left for you) and notify them of when you will be collecting the item, otherwise the item will be returned to the sender as unclaimed.
What if the registered post item is returned to the seller?
If we receive an item that has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to determine the correct address or when to repost it to you. However, the buyer will have to pay another postage and handling fee because we will have to repack the item and post it again. The item will not be sent until this extra fee has been received and cleared. Please ensure your registered address on ebay is correct to prevent this situation from occurring.
What does the postage and handling fee include?
The postage and handling charge includes postage, registered post fee, cost of a packet, envelope, box, or other mailer, a small handling charge, and any packing materials used.
If you are not willing to pay the postage and handling charge for registered post, or you think you will not be able to pick up a registered post article at all, then please do not bid on any of our items.
