  This adorable little guy is called " The Merry Wanderer" in the Hummel line of figurines. He is traveling with carpetbag and umbrella and is apparently on an adventure. He stands  at 4 and 1/4"s  and carries the stylized bee  as a stamp, plus the impressed numbers 11 2/0.In pristine condition, what a find!  Colors are marvelous and  he is just sooooo cute. Know a traveler who would get a kick out of this this Christmas????
