Description & Information: The NWA 4293 official meteorite!Top Grade AAA
Individual Meteorite! Most of these meteorites were found as small whole individuals being very unusal looking, with no signs of calcite. Some individuals showing signs only of being sand blasted. This is a grade A specimen showing dark rich fusion crust! I purchased several kilos last year from Mr. Adam Hupe. I have yet seen but only a couple small individuals surface for sale that were nicely crusted! And a few that did not look to be a 4293.
HISTORY: The NWA 4293 was purchased by Mr.Adam Hupe in Sep-2005 at Denver,Colorando,USA. Has been classified at (UWS) University Of Washington, Department of Geological Sciences has a H6 Chondrite with a shock stage of 4 (S4) and a weathering grade of 2 (W2) Prices are continually going up! Very few collectors will have quality crusted specimen's as this. This may be a great oppurtunity to add to your collection, would make a great gift for someone who is interest in meteoritic's, also could be used for Jewery.
