Many raw food enthusiasts create raw spaghetti pasta by processing through the Saladacco a zucchini or other hard squash into long thin spaghetti strands. Create your own tomato sauce in a blender using tomatoes, garlic, red pepper, fresh basil and oregano. Pour over your zucchini noodles and viola!
