To save on shipping you must purchase 2 or more items. Once
you have selected them wait until all of your auctions have
ended. Do not pay for them at that time. We will combine all
of the products you have won/purchased into one invoice within
5 days and send you an e-mail with the checkout link. With
in this e-mail our software will deduct the shipping discount
on your total invoice. The estimated discount is between 10-15
% depending on the products purchased. At this time you may
now purchase the items you have selected with your combined
shipping discount.
When purchasing your items you are required to use our secure
on-line checkout.
If you need exact delivery charges, please feel free to email
us for accurate fees. Please keep in mind that UPS and USPS
WILL NOT DELIVER to PO Boxes or AP O/FPO addresses!
We ship all orders by either UPS or USPS; this depends on
which method is most cost effective for the customer and is
determined by the weight and destination of the item(s) that
are being shipped. They have a proven track record of success
and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. We have
negotiated incredible rates with UPS and USPS that allow us
to ship our products to customers at extremely competitive
prices. In addition, UPS and USPS provides each of our customers
within the contiguous 48 states and Canada with a tracking
number (which will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive
them) this allows our customers to track their packages to
their doorstep!
Tracking numbers will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive
them. Depending on availability, most orders are shipped within
2 business days from when we receive your payment.
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct, and
that you supply a valid e-mail Address. We find that many
people do not update their eBay and/or Pay pal accounts with
current information.
Note: When paying by credit card some orders may only
be shipped to current billing address.
We will send a shipping notification to you when your item
has been shipped. Please note that some e-mail servers delete
certain unidentified e-mails as spam, or deliver them to your
junk mail folder. In this case you may not receive your tacking
number.
While we try to accommodate all of our customers, any special requests made while placing your order can not be guaranteed during the shipping process (including but not limited to having orders shipped to one place, but have all literature and invoices mailed to another location, thank you cards, or order notes such as leaving at side door etc.) Although we all strive to perform at the highest level possible, we know that mistakes will sometimes be made. While we try to complete all instructions, under no circumstances will any special order product be accepted for a return, or will shipping and or related charges be refunded.
