6 pierced hearts

dark blue/black, red and yellowish majolica glaze

measures apx. 4 3/8" (11 cm) in height and 5" (13 cm) by 5 1/2" (14 cm) at widest area

Beautiful

no cracks, repairs, chips, or boo-boos with the exception of what looks like a firing blemish on the inside bottom of the vase - it's like a small piece flaked off during firing because the glaze has covered the "crater" (ugh..."crater" makes it sound worse than it is) - the blem measures about 3/8" x 1/2" and is very shallow - see photo below

Unmarked but I am 100% certain it is Michael Andersen & Son - often pieces of this era were unmarked or had the mark obscured by the glazing process
