Hardcover in original jacket with a signature on the limited edition page. First Edition is stated on the copyright page and there are no subsequent printings listed. Jacket is in NEAR FINE condition with very little edgewear or age-toning. Book is in NEAR FINE condition and is square and tightly bound with clean, crisp pages inside. Blue cloth boards and binding and gold spine lettering, no foxing or bent corners. Pages have no inscriptions or remainders.

Slip Case is pebbled black textured material, in NEAR FINE condition with no blemises and very light shelf contact bumping.
