Made from Michael Miller Fabric..Christmas Yule Tree's and Play Dot Santa..The corset top is reversible so it's like getting two tops in one.. It laces up the front or back,,which ever way she wants to wear it. If it is laced in the back it also has ribbon ties for around the neck. If she decides to lace it in the front you can just tuck the ribbons into the back. Measures 23" around the chest. It can be laced a little tighter or for the bigger girls don't lace it as tight.  Turtleneck is not included.
The twirl skirt is made to match perfectly! It has a double ruffle at the hem and red tulle Waist is elastic and measures 22" unstretched. Length measures 14".
