Return Policy

General rule is if we can return the item(s) to our supplier or re-sell the item easily, we will accept it as a return. Items eligible for returns:
Item is returned (postmarked) within 20 days of the original ship date. Refer to your tracking confirmation for the dates.
- Item is in the same new & unused condition in which it was received. All original packaging, manufacturer paperwork and accessories must be included. Please take care in repackaging so that the merchandise does not get damaged in the return shipment. Merchandise damaged in return shipping will be refused for return.
- Items must not be Closeouts, Discontinued or SpecialOrders
- Item is not an un-testable electrical item (CDI, coil etc..) or undergarment.
