All items come with
30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have
ordered is defective please contact us within the 7 days of the delivered day,
after 7 days you will need to pay RMA Processing fees. We
will replace or repair the defective item for you. (Buyer
must pay shipping fee to ship it back-no exception). In
the even that a replacement is not available, buyer may choose to
substitute with a difference product, upgrade, or similar product. (If
received a wrong item please notify us within 7 days of the delivered day,
after 7 days we will not process for exchange.)
RMA:
Merchandise must be sent back in the original
packaging and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us.
All RMA numbers are valid for (10) days from their original date of issue.
Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be
accepted.
- For replacement,
merchandise must be returned within 10 days with a RMA
# which we assigned.
- Merchandise
should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and
shipped via a traceable means (e.g. USPS with Delivery Confirmation)
- Absolutely
no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- A refund
may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Pick up
service is not available for return merchandise.
- All
defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty
period.
- All return
products will be tested by our technicians to verify the problem. If
found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at his/her
cost.
Please allow up to 10
business days for us to process your return.
Return
procedures:
Please contact us by email to obtain the RMA number (return merchandise
authorization) before shipping the product back.

- We are not responsible
for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise
should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full

Your
satisfaction is very important to us and always is our priority goal for
the company. If you do not satisfy with the product for any reason within 7-days
(Start from delivery day)
, simply just email us to obtain the RMA #, ship it
back and we will issue refund
back of the product and Less 25% restocking fee .
Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable in any
circumstances. If the
product is free shipping, you will entitle up to 50% of the total price.
After 7 days (Start from delivery day) , all sales are final. If you want
to return the item, buyer must pay for their own shipping for mailing back
to us, and there are 25% restocking fee. If the product refuses, there
would be 25% restocking fee as well.
Important:
Return product must be in original clean condition box with original
accessories, packaging, manuals, registration card, UPC Code, Serial
number & cable. Otherwise we will not be ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR
REFUND.
Important:
Computer software, video games, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are
not refundable and no warranty. warranty must be obtain direct to the
manufacture.
Bid
Policy: A bid on our
auction states that you have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions.
Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete your winning bid. We
will leave negative feedback for all non-paying bidders and report you as well as initiate an internal collection proceeding to assure
payment. - Your bid is a contract to us- Place a bid only if you're
serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will
enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us. All
NPB (Non Paying Bidder) will be reported and we will leave you a
negative feedback or pay the re-listing fees.
International Custom Duty Tax : All
international customers needed to responsible for all Duty Tax by the
Custom, the shipping and handling is not cover for the custom charges. Sales
Tax : All Californian need to add 8.25% sales tax.
