You can perform the treatment of your skin just like you would use a facial scrub, only now you are using the same ingredients that are used by dermatologists. 

How Do I Do It?

Most people add their Crystals to a lotion or cream to create their own Microdermabrasion treatment.  Once you have your Crystals in your lotion you simply rub your face as you would any exfoliant / face scrub. Then Rinse!  It is normally recommended to perform a microdermabrasion treatment two to three times per week.

These same Crystals are Great for a

Full Body Wash / Body Scrub as well.
