I accept PayPal only. Items will ship after payment is
received/cleared. Items need to be paid 7 days after the end
of the auction. Please
do not bid if you do not intend to buy the item.
I utilize unpaid strikes and negative feedback for people who choose
not to pay for their items. Your bid is a contract and should
be honored by both the buyer and seller alike.
Domestic
(USA)
Shipping: I charge very reasonable shipping prices and
do not aim to make a profit on shipping. All CDs and PC games
ship in boxes for their protection, unless they come in a DVD style
case, in which case it will probably ship in a rigid mailer with
padding. Small individual console games may ship in rigid
mailers with padding. I pack and pad everything very
well. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number
emailed to you automatically.
I only ship per the method specified, and
only use the US Post Office and not UPS or FedEx. I
use PayPal's click-and-ship, so you need to make sure your address in
PayPal is your correct address (I will not manually alter the address,
no exceptions).
I'm not responsible if the post office
doesn't scan the item (sometimes they don't). Also, once the
item is given to the post office, it's out of my control, so feel free
to buy optional insurance.

I do not ship
internationally.

insurance. Domestic insurance is optional at actual

As a seller, I wait for you to leave me
positive feedback as a means to show that you are happy with the
transaction. If there is some kind of problem with an item,
you should contact me first to give me a chance to resolve the issue
before leaving a non-positive feedback, and this general rule should be
followed with other sellers, too. I always return positive
feedback.

I am not responsible for system
incompatibility, and cannot accept refunds on software that
can be copied (I test all games and software to make sure the media are
readable, and work hard to honestly list all items). Lots of
software and games are released with bugs, and some older software
products have problems running on newer systems.
All other items may be returned if there is
a reasonable reason why (within 7 days, buyer pays return shipping, and
not on new items that have been opened). I encourage you to do your own
research on developers' websites about software items before
buying.
If
a game is an online game, I do not guarantee that it comes with any
sort of subscription.
If a CD key or unlock code is
included, I always specifically say so. I only test CDs for
full readability and guarantee all CDs are perfectly readable (unless
otherwise specified), so getting them installed is up to you.
I never sell copies of
CDs or software, everything I sell is original.
Unlike
most sellers, I take actual photos of all the books I sell.
If a CD or additional media are included, I specifically say
so. I don't test any CDs that may come with books.
I try to describe all books honestly in regards to any flaws they may
have, but if a book is used, it may have some hidden writing or
highlighting that I didn't notice while evaluating its
condition.
You
are free to return any book you buy within seven days (although I do
not cover shipping costs back to me).
The only means to reach me is via email or
directly through eBay messages. You may email me at
morgan@spacetimenetworks.com. I do not use the telephone as a
means of eBay communication. It may take me a few days to
respond to email.
I am a fair seller and make every effort to
be honest and fair. I always show actual pictures of
items. I really want each transaction to be pleasant, and
work hard to make it so.
