Factory sealed...never opened. Look at the pictures and see if it will work and be useful to you. I'm not sure what it is. Sold as it is but full refund will be made within 7 days of receiving unopened item (shrink wrap not opened or removed).

Want to add that there is no COA label on this product so no COA is available. It is/was attached to a server computer that was probably disposed/recycled. Read the text on the photos.

The package is NOW OPENED so thus is NO LONGER SEALED. I opened to check if there was a number printed on the back of disc envelope. There is NO numbers printed on the envelope. The paper end-user license agreement lists MS Windows Server 2003 Standard and Enterprise Editions (both are on the same disc?) and the other paper is Windows Client Access License (CAL) which says "Number of Licenses: 5" and lists MS Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition and MS Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition. Betcha there is no SP1 or SP2 on the disc. I doubt this is the R2 version. I don't see SP1, SP2, or R2 imprinted on the disc. You are the expert to know what this disc is for, not me. :-) It might not work so be sure this disc is exactly what you want and need and that it will work for your installation.
