By placing a bid on this item, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions, and agree to the shipping charges stated for this auction. If you win this auction, payment must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction or we reserve the right to re-auction the item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (including optional, additional insurance). We are closed on Sundays & major holidays. All other days, we are usually open. Office hours are 10am to 5pm MST. Shipping insurance is included for item(s) that have been won in auction with a final value of $100 and under. You must have a confirmed shipping address if making a payment via PayPal. We will ship to confirmed addresses only. Payment options
Please make your payments via PayPal (preferred). We also accept Discover, American Express, Master Card, and Visa (via telephone). If you are unable to make payment using the fore-mentioned payment options, we will accept Money Orders. Please understand that payment with a Money Order will delay the shipment process of your item(s) until we have received and verified your money order.

SHIPPING options
Shipments will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Shipping insurance is included on all item(s) with a final value under $100. You must have a confirmed shipping address if making a payment via PayPal. We will ship to confirmed addresses only. LOCAL PICK-UP
We have a local store front located in Fort Collins, CO. If you are the winning bidder and are electing to do a local pick-up, we will still require that the payment be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. If payment has not been received within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-auction the item. If you are making payment via PayPal and you are a local bidder (within the state of which we operate), please request an invoice via eBay with your intentions to do a local pick-up so that we can remove shipping & handling (local sales tax will apply). If payment has been made via PayPal, we ask that you pick-up your item(s) within 7 days or we reserve the right to apply a $2 per day storage fee (after the 7th day, and up to the 30th day). After 30 days, we will assume that you have elected not to pick up the item(s), and we will refund your payment (less the optional per day storage fee).

RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns on item(s) as long as the item is returned in the original condition of which we sent the item to you. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving shipment. Once we have received the item(s) back and have deemed the item(s) to be in the original condition as we sent the item(s), we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back. We ask that you notify us via email within (7) seven days of receiving defective/damaged item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with FedEx Ground to get a refund on the final value of the item(s) you won (up to $100, unless additional insurance was purchased by the buyer). Please hold onto the item(s) and original packaging in its entirety while the claim is being processed. FedEx may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement! This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item(s) from FedEx!
