Payment:

·        Payment methods accepted:         PayPal

·        After winning the auction, an email with the checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address.

·        Before making your payment, please make sure that your “SHIP TO” address is CORRECT.  We expedite our shipping process after your payment to get the product in your hands as fast as possible, and so address changes are not able to be made after we receive your payment.

·        Payments are expected within 5 days after the last winning auction is closed.  An unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.

·        Multiple awarded auctions cannot be combined into one single order.  Payment for each individually awarded auction will be required.

Returns:

·        We stand behind every product that we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to make an exchange or refund to you. This return policy is good for 20 days from the time of auction award.

·        For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt, or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition to include the original packaging and all of the accessories and documents that were originally packaged along with the item.

·        You, the buyer, is responsible for the shipping any shipping costs related to delivering the return or exchange to Cherry Fusion.

·        20% of the original total cost is charged, or deducted from the refund, by Cherry Fusion on any returns as a Restocking Fee.

Shipping:

·        We currently ship only to USA addresses.

·        Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery within 24 to 72 hrs. Typically, this service takes from 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.

·        APO/FPO & PO Box deliveries may be subject to a $21 fee for USPS Priority Mail.
