Here's a dazzling pair of 60's end tables manufactured in chrome, walnut, and rosewood. The center portion of the tops are walnut, and the outer rectangular end bars are rosewood. The areas are separated by a thin band of chrome. The contrast between these elements produces a very refined sharp look. Both woods have deep rich color and wonderful grain. These tables are VERY heavy and well crafted. The thick flat bar chrome frames are in excellent condition, and the wood itself is practically flawless. These would make a fine addition to any MCM or Danish decor. Pairs like these are pretty hard to come across. When purchasing one of our unique refinished pieces, you are acquiring a piece of Mid-Century furniture to which every attention to detail has been paid. We are professional refinishers with over a decade of experience. We mix all of our own custom colors, resulting in gorgeous deep rich hues on all of our rosewood, teak, walnut, oak, maple and birch. Words that best describe some of our colors are apple juice, deep caramel, mocha, espresso, honey, etc .... We evaluate each piece that we refinish, deciding what color we feel would best suit the piece and bring out the best in its natural wood grain. After the appropriate stain has been applied, we use either a satin or gloss lacquer, or one of several oil finishes, depending on the type of wood and appearance we want to achieve. All doors and drawers are checked for proper function, mirrors replaced, hardware and pulls polished, replated, or recoated. All painted or lacquered parts are sanded to 600 grit fine and then repainted or relacquered. Our goal is to provide you with a superb piece of Mid-Century furniture at a very reasonable price which will provide you a lifetime of pleasure and smooth operation.
