We make every effort to ship all items within 5-7 business days after receipt of credit card payment (not including weekends). In the event your item is on backorder and we are unable to ship within this timeframe, we will offer to cancel your purchase with an immediate refund or offer a discount on a future purchase. All of our shipping is done through UPS Ground and various LTL freight carriers (for heavy freight.) All rates quoted for LTL Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only. However, in-home, "white glove" delivery is available. Please call us for details and rates on white glove service. We accept pick-ups by appointment only. Please call us prior to paying to schedule a pick-up. Shipping Insurance is included in the Shipping Charges.

We do not ship USPS under any circumstances and because of this we are not able to ship to PO BOXES and APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Adding Items
If you would like to add items once you have won an auction or completed a Buy it Now DO NOT PAY when you receive our automated checkout email. Please email us at ebay@homeclick.com with the items you would like to add and we will adjust your invoice and email an updated link to our secure checkout. We cannot add items to the same invoice once you have submitted payment through checkout.

Combining Shipping
Shipping & Handling charges are combined at HomeClick’s sole discretion. Generally, shipping & handling is charged per item unless items ship in the same box at the same time. Smaller items such as faucets and accessories will not be combined with larger items, like sinks and toilets, which are sealed by the manufacturer. Please email us prior to payment to combine shipping where applicable.

All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. A return authorization must be issued by our returns department before any returns will be accepted.

A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 25% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Damaged Items:
Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Credits will be issued within 1 week of the original claim.

We must be notified of a customer’s intent to return an item, for any reason, within 14 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable.

Open Box Items:
You have NOT purchased an "open box" item from us on eBay unless it was clearly stated in our eBay listing. If you have, our "open box" items are 100% guaranteed! If for any reason the item is received damaged, in any way, you will receive a full refund. However, due to the drastically discounted price of the items, we are unable to replace any "open box" item with a brand new item of the same model.
