  • Longevity:    Your Original Oil Painting is made with archival materials.  It will last 350 years.

  • Size:             2.5 inches x 3.5 inches.

  • Medium:       Oil paint on archival Strathmore #247 paper canvas. 

  • Story:          If you are wondering what ACEO means the answer is it's an acronym for Art Card Editions & Originals. They must be made 2.5"x3.5", the size of a baseball card to be official. The art card is signed on the back side. I don't know who came up with the idea, but ACEOs have really taken off on eBay.  For a long time I have considered painting some, but I was afraid that in order to reach my high standard of quality they would be too time consumptive to paint. Then this week I tossed caution to the wind and painted some. I had no idea I would have so much fun. This was a blast to paint and I hope my joy comes through in the painting.  
  • Welcome to my auction. My name is Mikki Senkarik and this is one of my Original oils, painted especially for this eBay auction.  If you are not acquainted with my work I suggest you take a moment and do a search on Google for my name or click ME 
  •  I am represented by many of the best art galleries in the United States and have been for the past 20 years. After college I expanded my education with a Masters degree from the Medical College of Georgia. As a Medical Illustrator I illustrated 47 major medical books. Many are in their seventh printing. I began my art career as a Medical Illustrator but turned to easel painting in 1989, which was the best career change I have ever made. The medical work was rewarding, but painting is my passion. If I were to suddenly become rich, I'd still paint. If I couldn't paint I think I would suffocate. I live to paint. I hope my joy comes through and you can share my elation through my art. My gallery collectors call my paintings Billboards of Happiness. I hope you will have the same reaction.
