Military Aviation Patch USN A1 Shyraider Spad

Mint condition - IP's and all, this is not your carnival mid-way airshow patch junk, this is the Real McCoy designed and order by an active duty military unit, approved by the CO and CAG, and worn proudly on the uniforms, flightsuits, jackets, and helmet bags of thousands of military personnel worldwide. The good old Douglas Flying Dump Truck the A-1 Skyraider. Had an incredible payload but I am not old enough to remember that stats - the fly just before my a-6 Intruder as the Navy's primary carrier attcke aircraft. The incredible beasts flew in Korea, Bay of Pigs, and Vietnam. The A-1 was pretty much in the SAR role, the SVAF flew them in light attack along with the T-28's. Every once in a while I run in to a Dump Truck at an air show. Last count- I think there was still 5 flying around the globe. Ain't making these any more !!! HURRY WHILE THEY LAST !!
