Full payment must be received within 3 business days, if paying via Paypal, or 10 business days if paying via USPS money order/bank issued cashiers check. If we do not receive payment within this time frame, we will contact Ebay and file a non-paying bidder alert and final value fee refund request. This is very important. Please make sure the mailing address you have on file with Ebay, is the mailing address, where you receive your mail. When we process your order, we send packages to the mailing address, on the order form, given to us, by Ebay.  Having an incorrect mailing address will delay delivery of your package, cause it to be returned to us, or lost.

 

Orders are processed, and items shipped daily, Mon.-Sat.  All items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of payment received. We do not guarantee that your item will be shipped within 24-48 hours, but 99% of the shipments do go out within 24-48 hours (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS).

 

Insured packages, that have been marked delivered by the shipper, are no longer the responsibility of the seller. If the package becomes lost, stolen, or misplaced once it has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not send a replacement item or give a refund to the buyer. Make sure you have a safe place for the shipper to leave your package.

 

We offer insurance, as an option, to the buyer. If the buyer decides not to purchase insurance, they assume all the risks, associated with that decision. Any lost, misplaced or stolen packages, are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not send a replacement item or give a refund to the buyer.

 

Shipping and insurance rates are not negotiable. Please do not bid if you do not agree or e-mail us regarding shipping and insurance rates, because we will not negotiate and will not respond to those e-mails.

 

If the package is refused, or unclaimed by the buyer, returned do to insufficient address, or incorrect address by the shipper, there will be a $10.00 handling fee. We will also add any postage or fees that we incur as a result of re-shipping the item to the correct address.

 

All taxes, tariffs, and fees, that may be charged, are the responsibility of the buyer.

All products are available when listed and while supplies last. We never list items that do not have substantial quantity in inventory at the time of the listing. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, the buyer will have the option of waiting for it to restock or receive a prompt and full refund, including shipping and handling charges paid.

All purchases are non-returnable unless defective. A defective unit is an item that does not work properly. This does not cover scratches, dents, or cosmetic blemishes. We buy all of our items, right from the manufacturer or distributor. They are packed by the manufacturer/distributor; we never touch the actual items. For items with these conditions, please contact the manufacturer for return instructions.

·         If any parts are missing from your factory sealed packaging, you must contact the manufacturer for those missing parts. We do not have any control over what is in the packaging or not. We just ship what we get from the manufacturer/distributor.

·        This item comes with a manufacturers warranty. If the item is defective upon arrival, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer for warranty replacement/repair instructions. If the item does not carry a warranty, we will do everything that we can to get a replacement shipped to you from the manufacturer/distributor. Buyer must contact us by e-mail, within 24 hours from the date that the merchandise was received for return instructions. Items returned without us being contacted, will not be processed and returned to the buyer. Buyer will be charged for the return shipping. All returns are for exchange only, no refunds. Please be sure to keep all of the packing material and item box material (i.e. original packaging with all of the accessories and owners manuals, so it can all be shipped back. If the item is returned and found not to be defective, and in working order, the buyer will be charged a $20.00 fee plus the shipping costs to return the item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of defective items.

·        If the item shipped is incorrect, it may be returned for the correct item. Please contact us by e-mail for complete exchange instructions before returning the item. Products must be in NEW unopened condition, as shipped from the manufacturer/distributor. Items found not to be in NEW unopened condition, as shipped from the manufacturer/distributor, will be refused and shipped back to the buyer. The buyer will be charged for the return shipping.

·        If a package is lost in transit, is insured, and not marked delivered, we will file a claim with the package carrier. These claims can take upwards of 30 days. If the buyer would like a second shipment to be made, and the item is still available, they will be charged for the replacement order, and be credited upon resolution of the lost package. We handle lost in transit packages in this manner, to prevent the possibility of any fraud, which helps to keep prices low.

·        Packages damaged in transit, should have, within 10 days of receipt of item, a claim filed with the carrier. The buyer is responsible for contacting the package carrier and filing a claim using the package tracking number. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. 

·        Due to the fact that for every transaction, we are charged certain fees by Ebay, in case a cancellation of order is desired, we require a $15.00 cancellation fee, to make up for the fees and avoid having to file a non-paying bidder alert with Ebay (Which will be a demerit to you) in order to get credited for the transaction and listing fees. If items are to be canceled, please do so before you pay for the item and finish the transaction. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled and the item will be shipped. A 20% restocking fee on the sales price of the item, will apply when the buyer returns the item. Buyer responsible for return shipping. Any original shipping costs, paid by the buyer, to get the package shipped, will not be refunded, just the sales price of the item, minus the 20% restocking fee. Returned packages must be unopened, and in the original packaging, as it arrived from the shipper. Any package not in this condition, will be refused, returned (at the buyers' expense), and no refund given. Please e-mail us for return instructions before sending the item or it will not be processed.
