Pure mattifying mineral pigment powder for use as a finishing powder or to wear as a layer under makeup for oily skins. This product contains no dyes, talcs, starch (wheat or rice). This powder creates a matte finish while helping to keep sebum from soaking through to makeup. The skin has a natural finish, while pure mineral particles deflect light and visually help to diminish the look of lines, wrinkles and pores. This light weight treatment leaves no residue on skin like traditional mattifying powders. The powder has a hint of natural skin tone, but is very transparent. Worn over makeup, it gives a matte finish and softens shadow areas, removes shininess, and blends colors transparently, while giving the face a fresh, youthful appearance.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS :

This item will be shipped via USPS unless other wise noted and only to the continental United States at this time. We reserve the right to use another carrier if needed. Payment is through PayPal and must be received within 7 days of auction end. Insurance is optional but strongly recommended.  We will only ship to the address that is listed on that PayPal account. No exceptions.

COMBINING SHIPPING AND HANDLING :

We will be happy to combine shipping and handling for multiple auctions won within 3 days of each other. When combining shipping and handling charges, highest shipping charge is applied first then subtract $1.75 for each additional item unless other wise stated. If shipping and handling is less than $1.75 for an item, then that s&h charge will be applied.

Example 1: $4.25=1st item, and $1.00 for additional item would equal $5.25 s&h. Example 2: $4.25=1st item, and $4.25 for 2nd item. $4.25 for 1st item, then $2.50 for 2nd item($4.25 - $1.75)=$6.75 for total s&h.

All shipping and handling charges are as stated. Please do not ask for additional discounts on the shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges cover shipping fees, help cover supply costs, etc. Please email us after last auction has ended so that 1 invoice can be generated to reflect combined shipping and handling. 1 payment must be made for combined auctions within 7 days of last auction end.
