Thanks for looking. For sale is a set plans that shows you how to build your own miniature baler. This baler works similar to full size balers and is hand crank operated. The biggest difference is that this baler is made out of wood. The baler makes 4 x 6 x 10 inch bales. I've seen These bales sell for three to five dollars each. If your plan is to sell miniature bales the machine would pay for itself rather quickly.
The 42 page guide tells you everything you need to know about the machine. From how the baler works to cutting the parts to assembling the baler. The instructions include scroll saw templates for making the gears. Simply affix the template to a 3/4" piece of wood and cut the gear on a scroll or band saw.
I can email the plans to you at no charge or mail the instructions to you for $5.00. Just add five dollars to the cost.
The prints are not hard to follow. An average wood worker could build a baler over the weekend. Most of the baler can be made from a 4'x4' sheet of 3/4" plywood and all the metal parts can be purchased from a local hardware store. If you would like to see a video of the baler please visit www.mkdrafting.com .
To build the baler you will need a scroll saw or band saw. Other tools that I used to build my machines are hammer, a drill, various wrenches, and a saw.
