Sales Tax
A 8.375% of item price is charged as Sales Tax for all NY customer.

• You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships.
• To ship your order, we will use the carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS, and FEDEX), and transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point.
• We ship to: 50 US States, Puerto Rico, PO Box , APO and FPO addresses and other US territories with a valid US zip code.
• AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID FOR TOGETHER FOR THE ITEMS TO SHIP TOGETHER. You have 7 days from the end of the first auction to combine auctions and payment. We cannot combine shipping for items that have been paid for separately.
• PICK UP orders are not available (Please try not to negotiate for this term.)
• Please do not bid if you don't agree with our shipping and handling prices.

Warranty:

• All items come with 30 days Dealer's replacement warranty and a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty.
• We guarantee each item to be free of defects but we are not responsible for any incompatibility problems.
• All Sales in this auction are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective

Return for replacement and refund :

• If merchandise found to be defective can be exchanged for the same item only, Please email us at Fookstore@hotmail.com to get an RMA form and RMA #. We will refuse any merchandise returned without a RMA form and RMA #. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges occured to send the item back to us and we will pay the shipping cost to replace the items.
• All items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be within 15 days.
• Also it must be in the original condition with all original accessories. After 15 days, no refunds.
• For replacement, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
• Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
• Units returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.(Original shipping fee is non-refundable)

Shipping error, missing parts or product mismatch or you have received an item and you think it is defective, You must contact us within (3) business days of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the situation.
