Terms of Sale

   You are buying from Zeff Photo. We are a retail photography store, and have been in business in Boston, MA for more than 60 years. Our clients range from industrial and professional to amateur photographers. In addition to our retail store, we also operate a mail order division. Our eBay business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays, 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Time.

• Winning bidders: please contact us at 617-489-3111 or by email at auctions@zeffphoto.com as soon as possible following close of auctions with payment and shipping instructions.  Remember, we will not ship to any address outside of North America.  Please include in your e-mail:
• eBay Auction Item Number
• Payment method: we take postal money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. No CODs. Include your billing address for credit card transactions, if it is different from your shipping address. Mail Money Orders to us at Zeff Photo, PO Box 311, Belmont, MA 02478 ATTN Ebay Dept.
• Shipping information: standard shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.   Payments for shipments to an address in Massachusetts must include 5% state sales tax, unless you are a dealer with a Resale Certificate.
• Phone Number: We use your phone number as your account number and will use that information only if we need to call you. We do not share customer information with any third party.
• When your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email
• Orders unpaid ten (10) business days after the close of an auction will be canceled without notice, and non paying buyers will be given negative feedback

Shipping

• If you have successfully bid on multiple items, we will try to combine them to save shipping costs
• We ship via UPS Ground Service, insuring the item for its sale price. Rates quoted in the auction listings are for shipments to the 48 contiguous United States. Rates for other North American destinations will be quoted as required, based on buyer’s location.
• We do not ship to international destinations.
• In case of shipping damage, notify us as soon as possible.  Always save your shipping carton for claims.
