The first year of use will be 2010 and the expiration date is 2035. Minimum annual points purchase is 675 points at $1.00 each. The cost per point will remain at $1.00 throughout the term of the membership and the minimum annual purchase will not be increased unless requested by the member. Extra points may be purchased at any time and at the same rate. Members may use any size condo during any available week or weeks of the year. Unused points are banked for use the following year. The membership is for points and members may use more than one week per year if they like.

Points members receive free access. Standard members may access for $5.00 per day.

Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance. That means that members have been making reservations for 2010 since as early as January of 2009. It happens every year. Members who wait until August or even later to request a reservation are "stunned" when they are told there are no weeks available for the dates they request. Many want to reserve a last minute week so they can deposit it with Interval International and use it later. It just doesn't work very often and some members actually loose their week. Interval International requires a 60 day minimum lead time. November and December weeks are not eligible for exchange until 60 days from check in date which makes them useless to those who wait until then to reserve them. That means the last week eligible to reserve with lead time for exchange is usually week 44. For Interval to take week 44 in exchange they would have to get it by around the 1st of September or near about. Members have been reserving through September since September of the previous year and the weeks for the rest of the year are pretty much booked up by then. What happens? If there is nothing available the member is unable to make a reservation and loses his or her week. That is just sad! It is sad because it is so easy to avoid but the only person who can avoid it is the member him or herself. Don't let this happen to you. If you do please do not blame everyone else because you didn't do it.

Please consider that the members who have upgraded to the Points Club will never risk loosing their time or money. Points may be banked for use the following year and members may skip using a year if they want without losing anything or having to make an exchange.
